General Terms and Conditions

•Prices in Chilean pesos include VAT (19% Value-Added Tax).

•Prices in U.S. dollars do not, however, include VAT. All foreign, non-resident guests in Chile who pay their bill in U.S. dollars or with an international credit card do not have to pay the 19% tax according to Chilean law. To receive this benefit, you must present your tourist visa and passport upon check-in.

•Prices are subject to change with no prior notice.

•No pets are allowed because of the effects they have on wildlife.

Cancellation and Changes Policy:

•No cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel 14 days or more prior to your day of arrival (local check-in time). The full stay will be charged if you cancel afterwards.

•No fee will be charged for changes requested 14 days or more prior to your day of arrival (local check-in time). The full stay will be charged for any changes requested after that period. Prices applicable to new dates depend on the season and availability.

•The price of your stay must be fully prepaid no later than 14 days before arrival.

•Guests who do not arrive and have not previously cancelled will be charged the full price of their stay.
