This is the highest viewing point in the entire Park, at an altitude of 1350 meters. The trail begins in the El Vado sector; it ascends to the beautiful Pitreño Lagoon and then continues towards the High Peaks, through forests of Lengas, Coigues and Mañios. After a final 15 minutes of steps, the summit offers 360 degree vistas of the Futangue Valley and Lake Ranco. It requires some considerable effort, but the reward is so prized that it makes you want to climb up there again and again. The return journey via the ski trail is a good alternative to vary the scenery.
